Sun Crystal
Situated in St Lukes Mall and designed by MR Design, the main features of this shop are all the glass, mirrors and hanging 'crystal' display cases. Cape looked after the entire fitout, including the services, the complete re-building of the shopfront, signage and the installation of the new roller doors. The biggest challenges on this job were working to the mall's hours and the overall programme of the job being severely restricted by the lead times on all the toughened and back painted glass.

General Issue - Sylvia Park
Repeat business is always a compliment in any industry, especially the fitout industry where competition is stiff. To date, Cape have successfully completed the fitout of 6 General Issue stores, including one in Hamilton and one in Mount Maunganui. All the stores have been completed on time and within budget.

KESS - Albany
Cape has completed two KESS stores, with one at Sylvia Park and one at Westfield Albany. Both involved the full complement of trades from suspended ceilings through services, joinery to vinyl planked floors. As both shops are situated in new shopping malls, it goes without saying that timeframes were tight and that excellent co-ordination of subtrades and teamwork were paramount in getting the stores open on time.

Trelise Cooper Kids
Designed by Adrian Nancekivell Design with Saatchi & Saatchi, this kid's wonderland themed shop features a suspended glass ceiling with hand-drawn graphics, a glass catwalk and four individually themed changing cubicles. A raised timber floor was built to accommodate the display area below the glass catwalk, and then stressed to achieve the desired effect. The glass panels are removable to allow the display to be changed on a regular basis.
